One of my favorite things to listen to is the sound of a baby’s laughter. Their little giggles can make me smile instantly. I even have a recording of my oldest daughter when she was just eighteen months old of her laughing hysterically. I still listen to it when I need a pick me up. Laughing reduces stress, relieves the symptoms of depression, and in general gives us a positive outlook on life. The more we laugh the better out brain works on making those happy little connections and it wants us to laugh more.
For our Photo Wednesday, I want to see photos of laughter: belly laughs, baby giggles, polite and stifled laughter. All of it.
Here is some inspiration to get you started.
